Where is the 12 million given by Angola to Guine-Bissau

The President of Guinea-Bissau, José Mário Vaz, said that now is a good time for the Guinean Public Prosecutor's Office to clarify the supposed disappearance of US$12 million given by Angola, a process for which he was arrested.

"We are at the best time for the Public Prosecutor's Office to investigate this situation, because the protagonists are all in the country: I am here, the former Secretary of State for Budget and Fiscal Affairs, the former Secretary of State for the Treasury, the former Prime Minister and the daughter of the former Prime Minister," José Mário Vaz said in an interview with Lusa and RTP.
The Guinean President considered that his 72-hour detention was intended to prevent his political position, explaining that at the time he had the ambition to be a candidate for the presidency of the African Party for the Independence of Guinea and Cape Verde (PAIGC).
